LAODICEA

Rev. 3:14-22  And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;  (15)  I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  (16)  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  (17)  Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:  (18)  I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  (19)  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.  (20)  Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.  (21)  To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.  (22)  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Whatever else may be said of the assembly in Laodicea, it is not a Christian Church. Jesus is not within this assembly. He stands outside and knocks for any who will hear his call to let Him in. Just like all assemblies, the call is to any individual who will hear and respond to His call. Notice that He identifies himself to the Laodiceans as, “the beginning of the creation of God.” This identification was necessary to tell them that they have been entirely wrong in their Evolutionary doctrines concerning the beginnings of the Universe. He tells them He is the “Amen.” He is the the TRUTH, and everything this assembly believes to be true is a LIE! They have lived and believed a lie for generations and have raised generations of offspring teaching them lies upon lies until like their father the Devil, the truth is not in them.

The Laodiceans believe only in the Material Realm, all else is superstition and fiction to them. They believe the pursuit of pleasure and material things are the only real goals of life. Laodiceans live the doctrines of the Nicolaitans to the full, completely disconnected from any belief of Sin, of Righteousness, and Judgment. They live in complete and enforced separation from all that is Holy. They have resisted the calling of the Holy Spirit to them to such a degree it has become inaudible to their consciences. And yet Jesus, unwilling that any should perish, stands at the door and knocks, calling in His still, small voice.

Laodicea is the place where the people are the judges of what is true and what is not. Laodicea is doctrine of the Nicolaitans learned lie by lie for generation after generation of Humanists who believe Democracy is the only good form of Government and the majority should determine everything including Right and Wrong, Truth and Lie, and Moral and Immoral. The Democrat mantra of “Power to the People,” denies that Jesus is the source and purpose of all Power,

The Power to Love

1 Pet. 4:8-9  And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall

cover the multitude of sins.  (9)  Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

Rom. 13:8  Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath

 fulfilled the law.

John 15:12  This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.  (23)  I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Isa. 45:22-23

1 Cor. 12:31  But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

1 Cor. 13:8  Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
